On 18 August, Australia commemorates Vietnam Veterans’ Day on the anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan in 1966.

Max Ball, President of the Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia, opens up about the ongoing battles faced by ex combat troops and their families, ranging from the devastating health effects of Agent Orange to suicides.

In Nostalgia Town, we’re joined by Logie Award-winning actress and cultural icon – Noeline Brown OAM. She talks about her long career in acting, her book on the 60s,  and recollections of the Vietnam war.
